Heidi is a nationally accredited Psychologist with a Masters in Psychology, advanced training in mediation, a Diploma of Counselling and experience as a supervisor of budding psychologists. Heidi loves helping individuals and professionals to better resolve conflict.
Heidi says "What I love about the services I create is that they are geared towards raising individual awareness of who we are and how we relate to other people in conflict. The services I provide aim to create that 'ah ha' moment where it all falls together. Once you know something, you can't 'unknow' it - these 'ah ha' moments will repeat on you. They will show up as you do your job, as you interact with your family and as you interact with your colleagues.”
Key services provided by Heidi are conflict coaching, marriage counselling, bullying and harassment interventions, dealing with difficult people workshops.
